20 ankle weight leg pulses

20 ankle weight fire hydrants

10 side leg lifts

10 side leg lifts w/ tap front & back

10 small circles

10 big circles

Repeat 4 times

4 sets of 10 side lunges

4 sets of 10 single leg dumbbell deadlifts

20 min intervals on bike
